Although it does so at a more moderate pace than in previous months, the price of used housing in Spain continues to rise; returning to the same price levels as in October and November 2012. In the last twelve months, the price of used housing in Spain has suffered an increase of 4.2%, standing at 1,735 euros the average price per square meter. Everything seems to indicate that second-hand housing in Spain will continue to increase its prices moderately, until a probable stabilization throughout 2020.
