In GLOBAL COAST INVESTMENTS, S.L., (hereinafter ESPHOUSES) In compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, informs users:

If you are a customer of ESPHOUSES we process the information you provide in order to provide you with the requested service and perform the billing thereof. The data provided will be kept as long as the business relationship is maintained or for the years necessary to comply with legal obligations. The data will not be transferred to third parties except in cases where there is a legal obligation.

If you are not a client of ESPHOUSES we process the information you provide in order to send you information related to our properties by any means (post, email or telephone) and to invite you to events organized by the company. The data provided will be kept as long as you do not request the cessation of the activity. The data will not be transferred to third parties except in cases where there is a legal obligation.

In both cases, you have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether we at ESPHOUSES are processing your personal data, therefore you have the right to access your personal data, rectify inaccurate data or request its deletion when the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

In compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, ESPHOUSES informs you that the data provided and which are considered personal data, will be incorporated into our information systems for management purposes.

The data controller has adopted the legally required levels of security for the protection of Personal Data, and has installed all the technical means and measures at its disposal according to the state of technology to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access and theft of the Personal Data provided, in order to ensure their privacy and undertakes to comply with the obligation of secrecy regarding the data included in the file.

The data subject may exercise his or her rights by sending a written request, with the reference "Data Protection", enclosing a copy of his or her ID card or equivalent identification document to: ESPHOUSES to the address, detailed above, of the Data Processor, or to the email account detailed above in the Contact of the Data Processor.

Right to withdraw the consent given:

• The data subject may at any time revoke the consent given for the processing of his/her data by writing to ESPHOUSES at the address, previously detailed, of the Data Processor, or to the email address previously detailed in the Contact of the Data Processor, with the reference Data Protection, attaching a copy of his/her ID card or equivalent identification document, without this revocation of consent affecting the processing based on the consent prior to its withdrawal.

Right to complain to the Control Authority:
