It is located on the Costa Blanca, next to the sea and in a strategic location as it has El Altet Airport just 15 minutes away and is perfectly connected by highway with cities such as Valencia, Madrid, Barcelona, or Murcia.

It borders to the south with Elche, the third most important city in the Community in terms of population, and internationally known for the Palmeral, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, a unique landscape formed by the more than 200,000 palm trees that inundate the city.
