    The information on the properties contained in this web site is merely descriptive and is not contractual in nature. In the event that a user is interested in any property, he/she should contact ESPHOUSES where he/she can obtain the information on said property, and should, in addition, carry out the corresponding verifications and obtain the corresponding advice. In particular, the situation of ownership, encumbrances and legal-registry in general should be verified in the corresponding Property Registry. The urban situation should be verified through the corresponding Public Administrations, since the building typology indicated in this website for each Property may not correspond with the current urban situation of the same. On the other hand, the graphic information is not updated in all the cases, reason why any decision of purchase requires a visit and previous verification on the part of the interested party.

    This website does not legally conclude any real estate purchase transaction. Reservations, private contracts or deeds of sale will be formalized exclusively through the procedures indicated for each property. For this same reason, the information required by RD 515/1989 and the remaining applicable state and regional regulations will be available to potential interested parties in the places indicated for the formalization of the corresponding contract which, in this sense, are also the places where all the necessary pre-contractual information is provided and are considered sales offices for all legal purposes.

  6. Responsibility of ESPHOUSES
