The development will consist of 50 homes of different typologies. The houses are being built in four phases. Phase I concerns a set of 8 apartments, of which 4 on the ground floor with a semi-basement, which are in principle intended for a garage, but in which a separation can be made and have a living area of approximately 24 m2, and 4 apartments ...on the top floor with solarium. The properties are delivered with ducted air conditioning and installed heat recuperator, fully finished bathrooms and kitchen appliances.
The Sunset Hills residence is located in a privileged area, still in full expansion, close to the beaches of Torrevieja, Punta Prima and Playa Flamenca. In the area you have all imaginable amenities within easy reach: supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars, ATMs, outdoor shopping center La Zenia, the university hospital of Torrevieja, golf courses.
