Accounting Administrative Assistant for our office in Guardamar del Segura

At ESPHOUSES, we are expanding our team with an Accounting Administrative Assistant for our office in Guardamar del Segura (Alicante).

Tasks:

  • Support with accounting and administrative tasks
  • Managing invoicing, bank reconciliations and reports
  • Coordination with the sales and real estate operations team

Requirements:

  • Education in Accounting, Finance or similar
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting
  • Knowledge of Excel and accounting software (Sage 50, Contaplus...)
  • Proactivity, organisation and attention to detail
