Three house models are offered in different locations. The houses on larger plots have a 7x3m swimming pool. The smaller ones have a 6x3m pool. The houses on the larger plots include a basement as standard, although this is optional for most. The houses have pre-installed air conditioning via ducts.

Rio Seco in Pinar de Campoverde: A spectacular gorge where you can walk between eroded sandstone walls.

Orihuela (Historic Center): Just 15 km away lies this city steeped in history. Visit the Gothic cathedral, the Bishop's Palace, and the picturesque squares.
Rojales & Cuevas del Rodeo: In nearby Rojales, you'll find unique cave dwellings that have been transformed into artists' studios. The "Shell House" (a house completely covered in shells) is also worth a visit.
Elche: Known for its enormous palm grove (Palmeral), a UNESCO World Heritage Site. A city full of parks and museums is about a 25-minute drive away.

Guardamar del Segura: These are considered by many to be the most beautiful beaches in the area (15 minutes). They feature wide sandy beaches and a unique dune area with pine forests.
La Zenia Boulevard: For those who love shopping, this is the largest open-air shopping center in the province of Alicante (20 minutes).

Local Markets: Nearby markets are held almost daily where you can buy fresh local produce:
Sunday: The "Lemon Tree Market" (near Guardamar) is a huge and very popular market.
Wednesday: The local market in the village of Algorfa itself.
Restaurants at the resort: La Finca has excellent restaurants such as Frijolino (Italian-Mexican) and Misto (meat and local products).

Padel and Tennis: In addition to golf, the resort itself has excellent paddle courts, a sport that is extremely popular in this region. Rojales Aquapark: A fun day out for families with children (open during the summer months).
Murcia and Alicante airports are approximately 50 minutes away from Murcia-Corvera and 40 minutes from Alicante, respectively.
